Laboratory Services
Decatur Morgan Hospital laboratories perform hundreds of diagnostic tests for our patients. We are affiliated with Mayo Clinic Laboratories and accredited by CLIA and CAP for the most advanced testing providing the highest quality of care for our patients.
Several convenient collection stations are available to serve you. When visiting our collection stations, please present your orders or let us know that your doctor’s office sent them to us. Most tests do not require an appointment, however if you are unsure please call one of the numbers below.
